The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home, especially Deborah who brought a big smile to my face! The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, just a 5 minute walk from the train station and a quick stroll into the town center. The continental breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a range of delicious options that easily matched a €10 value. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and a spacious ensuite with a large shower. Plus, the free wi-fi and flat-screen TV added to the overall fantastic experience.

Very helpful receptionist was happy to look after my luggage on day of departure, even though this involved her returning to the hotel after normal hours to enable me to collect it.

Hotel is small with warm friendly & very helpful staff. Near rail line but far enough to not hear trains. If in Frankfurt area will stay again. Rate includes B&B and fast internet.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was a definite highlight, with a great selection of continental options to start the day. the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

There were some issues during my stay such as hearing traffic noise even with the windows closed and slow Wi-Fi in some areas. , the room lacked some basic amenities like shower gel.

The best thing is location: 5min walk from the main station, Darmstadt Hbf. Clean rooms with TV and a refregerator, buffet-style breakfast (large variety of choice), English speaking staff. It cannot be called a luxury but simple and minimal hotel with all necesary facilities. You can ask the time of the train or other questions at the front desk, and they are kind to help you immediately.

Smoking is allowed in the public areas, old and uncomfortable furniture, the rooms are not cleaned properly, pure breakfast, no sound-isolation of the rooms, it looks like the rooms are given also on hourly base(...)

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me exchange money during my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, car park, and flat-screen TV are all I need. Can't wait to come back for the weekend!
